Hay Fever
It may happen to you that you go in the park or at a picnic with friends and all of a sudden you start to sneeze and your eyes and nose are runny and you really do not know what to think about it all. Probably you have an allergic predisposition and during the spring and summer you tend to be sensitive to all the pollen in the air. This condition is known as the hay fever and has a lot of people suffering by it every year.
If you are wondering if this is a serious thing that could affect you, you need to know that if you live in an urban area, you will for sure be affected by it. It is known that the folks dwelling in the countryside do not have anything to worry because they will not be affected. It is somewhat normal as they spend most of their lives in the midst of nature and the body is used to the pollen of plants and does not consider it a threat.
The dwellers of the town, especially the ones living in areas like the central and the south part of England, are deeply affected by it. Most of the times hay fever is a consequence of excessive pollution, as the body is used to protect itself from everything that comes from the air.
